The coordinator of Moroto office is going to visit Italy.

Kul Chandra Timalsina, head of the Moroto (Karamoja-Uganda) office of Africa Mission - Cooperation and Development, arrived in Piacenza on Monday 17th September. Together with his wife Rohini Thapa, another collaborator of the Movement, and his son Kulansh, almost a year old, Chandra plans to visit the main branches and groups of the Movement in Italy. After visiting Piacenza and having dinner with the many volunteers of the association, the family, of Indo-Nepalese origin, will travel to Treviso on September 20th, then proceed to Venice. It will then be time to return to the Emilian city, to participate in the party at the gardens "Don Vittorione" of Montale, which will be held in the afternoon of Saturday 22th September. The visit to Urbino and Benevento will complete the Italian tour, which will leave on September 28th to India for a period of vacation.

«Italy and Uganda are closely linked and the visit of our two collaborators only reinforces this bond - said Carlo Ruspantini, director of Africa Mission - Cooperation and Development - It is an important moment both for them, who have never visited our country, and for our volunteers: Kul and Rohini will tell their life experience in Karamoja, a region in northern Uganda where we have been permanently present for more than 45 years ».
